Beginning at 8 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2015, online banking will be in “inquiry only” mode. This means the ability to transfer funds, make loan payments and schedule bill payments will be unavailable until Monday, March 16, 2015. Pre-scheduled bill payments will still process during this timeframe. Once conversion is complete on March 16, 2015, you will be required to complete the ‘First Time User’ steps to gain access to Southside’s Online Banking. During that process, your username will remain the same; however, you will need to establish a new password.
